The Position:

OPSWAT is looking for an experienced Global OEM Product Marketing Manager to help plan and manage marketing programs to support our OEM customers and Access Control Certification partners. Our advanced cybersecurity solutions protect organizations from the growing risk of sophisticated malware attacks and are in high demand across the globe, especially when integrated with solutions from OEM customers. The position reports to the VP of Global OEM Sales. You will work in conjunction with corporate marketing, demand generation and product marketing – along with our global network of OEM customers and Access Control Certification partners. The ideal candidate will reside in the Tampa or San Francisco Bay areas (but other locations may be considered). 

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Technical Alliances & OEM Marketing Manager/Operations Support.
  • Provide marketing planning and program management of global program initiatives.
  • Responsible for marketing and business development support of OPSWAT OEM Sales team and of Access Control Certification Partners.
  • Plan and manage partner webinar meetings and communications & newsletter.
  • Assist with planning and leading alliance summits.
  • Assist with planning and managing alliances training and onboarding.
  • Assist Product Management leaders in OEM customer and Access Control Certification partner recruitment initiatives.  
  • Conduct regular program surveys and use OEM customer and Access Control Certification partner feedback to drive improvements.
  • Develop and produce regular reports on program KPIs and results.

What We Need From You: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years B2B technical marketing and operations experience - cybersecurity and/or OEM marketing experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years B2B field marketing experience. 
  • Professional proficiency (speaking and writing) in one or more languages beyond English is plus. 
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM systems – Hubspot and Salesforce are preferred. 
  • Experience in webinars, in-person events, workshops, email marketing, and social media campaigns. 
  • Experience building marketing plans and programs with partners.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work with remote teams with a high level of autonomy.  
  • Self-motivation with a winning attitude, extremely adaptive, take pride in exceeding sales goals. 
  • Passion to continuously monitor success of marketing initiatives, proactively engage with partners, and implement new ideas to improve performance. 
  • Ability to travel as necessary. 
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
